From a very early age, I remember being told, “Always be kind to others because you never know what they may be going through.”
Kindness and Gratitude go hand in hand. I believe that if kindness, Gratitude, and thankfulness reside at the center of our core and are fed daily by extending these values to others, we will lead a happier, calmer, more peaceful life.
