Hi, Todd Walters here! I want to share with you the importance of differentiation. Many real estate agents growing their business want to create pretty. There’s nothing wrong with a nice-looking ad or lovely business card, BUT what you believe is based on norms and standards in the industry; if you can make your marketing prettier colors, fancier fonts, the belief is that is the pathway to differentiation, but as a matter fact, it’s the exact opposite.
The prettier you make your stuff, listen close, the more colors, the fancier fonts, the beautiful images, the more you do that with your marketing, the LESS impactful it is. It’s the OPPOSITE effect. Let me tell you why; it looks more like everything else. The Quantum Leap System takes a different approach. I’m not prescribing to make your stuff look ugly, what I am prescribing is…… YOUR marketing should be DIFFERENT.
Most often, when agents go into this lane of trying to make things prettier, they’re proud of it. I get that. And I understand it, but it doesn’t work to accomplish what you most want unless it’s different. And the thing that’s going to differentiate it, primarily is the Unique Selling Proposition.

Now one more thing I would like to share with you, I notice many real estate agents get all excited and create a personal logo. They create a logo for themselves. The personal logo has no benefit because people buy and sell real estate for themselves every seven and a half years. They can’t remember the logo. Why should I do business with you over and above anybody else or any other options? So if your logo doesn’t have an answer to that, it’s just a logo.
